Proud to share that our Kerala Plants have won the Kerala Management Association (KMA) Innovative HR Practices Award 2026, securing Joint First Rank for the initiative, “Celebrating Failures – From Hiring Mistakes to a Predictive Hiring Model.” To address high infancy attrition, we transformed our hiring approach through the Apollo Predictive Hiring Model (APHM), combining Psychometric Assessments, Shopfloor-based Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs), Structured Interviews and BEI-based interviewer capability building. The result: improved hiring quality, greater workforce stability, enhanced recruitment efficiency, and a significant reduction in infancy attrition. This recognition reinforces a simple belief: the best innovations often begin by learning from our failures.
