Company Description APHANE AT LAW INCORPORATED and or associated companies Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Sales Agent or related field such as Marketing, sales Rep ect Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales presentations, and when required handle sales-related inquiries as needed. The role may also involve guiding clients through product offerings and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals. Attend events, networking and other function during the course of employment. Responsibilities Submit yearly and Mid year Individual calendars and plans Trace and forecast sales leads Submit detailed prospects and potential client and customer identification sheets and reports On request attend products and service development meetings and or discussions Keep and update on regular basis, customer and client directory Compile sales records and sheet Draft or input on sales processes; Attend to Customer queries and complains Meet sales targets as agreed When required, draft and submit Individual Personal Development Plan Work performance [ Manner ] might be modified to meet industry standards and practices e,g Submission of sales metrics Qualifications Related NQF Qualification Certification & experience in sales or related fields will be an added advantage Competencies Sales Documentation and record keeping Apply Sales knowledge to legal industry Conduct Market research and Client Needs analysis Online Content writing Salary Commission based plus incitive or rewards Skills Communication Negotiation Service or Product Knowledge To receive an Application Form and Application Rules send an Email to [email protected] and cc' [email protected] .
