Apex Health is proud to announce that it has achieved Holistic Role Model status, the highest designation awarded by the Arab Hospitals Federation under the Gold Initiative Certificate – 7th Edition. This recognition comes alongside 16 awards across the initiative, reflecting Apex Health’s commitment to excellence, innovation, quality, patient-safety as well as sustainability. ✓ 4 Platinum Awards: The highest individual dimension recognition ✓ 12 Gold Awards: Excellence across critical operational and clinical dimensions These recognitions span leadership and governance, workforce development, quality and patient safety, operational excellence, digital innovation, patient-centred care, and sustainability. Collectively, they have earned Apex Health Holistic Role Model status, the highest designation the Federation confers. Of 323 applications across ten countries, only 45 institutions secured recognition at any level. This is not a routine accreditation. The evaluation comprised rigorous, impartial assessment across eight dimensions. Our performance was validated by HIMSS, The Beryl Institute , and the World Council for Medical Tourism and every institution was measured solely on the quality and integrity of its evidence and the measurability of its outcomes; and the standards to which we are committed in clinical practice, governance, safety, and patient experience are now verified as a benchmark of excellence for the Arab region. We are proud of this milestone achievement and committed to sustaining it.
