📍 Last week, Sud Sivaji, CEO of Aperam, visited our Aperam Magnetic Components production site in Foshan, China — a key location in the growth journey of Aperam’s Alloys & Specialties division. 🇨🇳 Specialized in high-tech soft magnetic components and precision metallic parts, the Foshan site supports high-impact industries, including electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, AI and data centers, industrial drives and renewable energy.  👉 Through close collaboration with our teams in Imphy and Amilly (France), the site has achieved sustained profitability growth over the past decade and has become a strategic hub for developing Aperam’s Magnetic Components business. This momentum is further supported by Aperam’s recent acquisition of the Magnetec Group, a producer of nanocrystalline soft magnetic components. Together, both production sites in China create valuable synergies through complementary technologies, broader advanced magnetic solutions capabilities, and stronger positioning in high-growth electrical and electronic applications. ⚙️ ℹ️ Aperam Alloys & Specialties is a market leader in nickel alloys and specialty products, with advanced manufacturing capabilities in France, China, and India, and an expanded presence in aerospace and defense following last year’s acquisition of Universal Stainless & Alloy Products in the U.S. As Sud Sivaji highlighted: 💬 "Aperam Magnetic Components’ production site in Foshan is a strong example of the continued evolution and strengthening of our Alloys & Specialties division. Together with the recent acquisition of the Magnetec Group, we are reinforcing our position in high-growth electrical and electronic applications and expanding our downstream capabilities in advanced magnetic solutions. Building on our leadership in energy and our expansion into aerospace and defence, our Alloys & Specialties division further advances Aperam’s transformation toward diversified, high value-added, innovation-driven markets while leveraging our global industrial and commercial platform." Quentin L. , General Manager of Aperam Magnetic Components China, noted:  💬 “We would like to thank Sud for visiting our Foshan site and engaging with our teams. We are proud to develop high-technology magnetic solutions supporting demanding applications where we continue to see strong growth opportunities. Our focus remains on developing talent, advancing automation across our operations, and driving continuous improvement to further strengthen quality, efficiency, and customer value.” 👏 A sincere thank you to our teams in Foshan for their dedication, expertise, and commitment. #AlloysAndSpecialties #China #MagneticComponents #NickelAlloys #ElectricVehicles #Automation #Aerospace
