My brother and I were discussing why we work and what keeps us driven/motivated to go in everyday. Material incentives are obviously a huge part of it, but we concluded that a lot of it, for us, is the tickle your brain feels when challenged. Enjoying work for the sake of work sometimes gets you fun (and perhaps needed) byproducts - validation, recognition, and in this case, this award. Plus my friends thought this award title was ‘sick’, so it’s a double win for me. Thanks to my manager Abhishek Paul. Happy to be a metaphorical Rockstar. So much more to know and be and do!
