We have advised the senior lenders and cover providers in connection with a EUR1.4 billion financing round for Stegra (formerly H2 Green Steel), the world's first large-scale, integrated green steel plant and Europe's first giga-scale electrolyzer in Boden, Sweden. The financing involved the raising of approximately EUR1.4bn of new capital, as part of a wider package of amendments intended to enable the successful completion and commissioning of the project.
