We won six awards at last night’s LMG Life Sciences Awards EMEA 2026, including Cross-Border M&A Firm of the Year. This recognition is further strengthened by our three Impact Deal of the Year wins, awarded for our work on Ipsen’s acquisition of Imcheck Therapeutics, MidEuropa Partners’ sale of the Regina Maria Group, and Yusen Logistics Group’s acquisition of Walden Group’s healthcare logistics business.
