Rintaro joins us in a landmark lateral move for the Japanese legal market—the first time a finance partner has transitioned from a Big Four Japanese law firm to an international firm. His arrival gives us a uniquely differentiated Japanese-law leveraged finance capability that is rare on an international platform in Japan.
