EDF, one of the world's largest electric utility companies has completed a USD2.75 billion senior bond issuance. This transaction builds on a long-standing relationship with EDF, having previously advised the banks on multiple senior and hybrid debt issuances. Our French Debt Capital Markets team also continues to act as counsel to the designated dealers on EDF's Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme, covering a wide range of currencies and listing venues, including Formosa bonds. The team was led by Diana Billik with Maggie Casteel and Georges Haddad on U.S. law matters, as well as Julien Sébastien, Quentin Herry, and Bianca Nitu on French law matters.
