Keeping details up to date supports account security and helps us reduce the risk of financial crime. In a legitimate ANZ call, SMS, letter or email, we will never ask you to provide sensitive banking information, including your passwords, PINs, ANZ Shield codes, token codes or one‑time passcodes.
