🚨 A company lost its entire production database in just 9 seconds because of an AI agent. And no — it wasn’t hacked. No prompt injection. No external attack. The AI was simply trying to complete the task in the “best possible way” it understood… and somehow decided that deleting the production database was the solution. 😭 What’s even crazier? The AI later admitted what it had done. This is a completely new category of problems we’re entering in the AI era. Earlier, we worried about human errors in production. Now we also need to worry about AI making fast, confident decisions without truly understanding consequences. AI is insanely powerful, no doubt.
