Over the past few weeks, I’ve been actively using AI agents from 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭.𝐚𝐢 in my day-to-day work as a Product Manager, and the impact has been real. We talk a lot about “𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐈,” but actually integrating agents into real workflows is a different experience altogether. Here are three I’ve been relying on: 🔹 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 (https://lnkd.in/grD8_gY2) This agent pulls together meeting context, stakeholder background, previous notes, and relevant artifacts into a crisp pre-read. As a PM, this helps me: ➡️ Walk into stakeholder syncs prepared ➡️ Recall past decisions quickly ➡️ Keep discussions aligned to roadmap priorities 🔹 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 (https://lnkd.in/gAE86TZK) This agent monitors competitor activity and synthesizes updates into structured insights. This helps me: ➡️ Bring a sharper market context into planning ➡️ Validate roadmap bets ➡️ Strengthen leadership conversations 🔹 𝐏𝐑𝐃 & 𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐜 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 (https://lnkd.in/gzG9GYd3) This one helps turn early ideas into structured product documentation, from user personas to epics. For me, this means: ➡️ Faster PRD drafts ➡️ Clearer discovery thinking ➡️ Better alignment with engineering What excites me most is that this technology is still very new and there’s plenty of room for improvement. ⛔ 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞. ✅ 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬. ✅ 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠. As a PM, I see this as the next layer of leverage, not just using AI to generate answers, but designing systems that work alongside us.
