Had a wonderful time celebrating Women’s History Month at Chief yesterday with my buddy Vrutti P. from Capital One and meeting some amazing women leaders and entrepreneurs who are inspiring and uplifting those around them. One of the key discussions was about having our own “personal board of directors” in both our personal and professional lives, and the significance of social capital. I am grateful to have a few individuals in my life who serve as my personal board of directors, continually uplifting, challenging, and believing in me during my struggles.
