Building Confidence. 💪 When I joined Cisco, speaking up didn't come easy. But moments like this changed that. As part of a CSR activity with BANASHREE FOUNDATION, we spent time making paper bags, no pressure, just laughs and good company. It was the first time I truly felt comfortable, took initiative, and just showed up as myself.
