What if some of Finland's biggest competitive advantages in construction are the things we consider "business as usual"? My recent visit to Singapore reinforced one important message: many of the solutions we take for granted in Finland – BIM, the BES precast system, Lean construction, takt production and collaborative delivery models – are exactly what many countries are looking for. I share a few reflections in my latest blog (in Finnish). Perhaps it's time for more Finnish construction companies to look beyond our borders.
