Founder. Innovator. Purpose-driven leader.

Recently, I had the privilege of completing the Finance & Operations Excellence Program at the The Wharton School through the Aresty Institute of Executive Education. What made the experience truly exceptional wasn’t just the world-class faculty or the incredible curriculum — it was the people. Thank you Gad Allon, David Wessels and Greg Crabtree for the exceptional facilitation. James Rowley and I had the opportunity to spend a week learning alongside ~40 founders, CEOs, and owners from around the world, many from the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. The conversations were candid, the insights were real, and the level of generosity in sharing lessons from the trenches of entrepreneurship was something special. Programs like this remind you that no matter how long you’ve been building companies, there is always another level of thinking to unlock. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who shared their experiences, challenged assumptions, and made the week both intellectually energizing and genuinely fun. And on a personal note… I learned that it’s never too late in life to be named “Valedictorian.” A huge thank you to the faculty and my classmates who made the journey so memorable. This was, without question, one of the most impactful learning experiences of my professional life. To the incredible group of entrepreneurs in the photos — thank you for the inspiration, the laughs, and the lifelong connections.
