💬 Customer proximity drives value creation. This week we kicked off the second wave of our Simplify Care Tour in Garrel, meeting our myneva dm7 and p. plus customers. Just nine months after the acquisition of DM EDV, these customers already benefit from: • AI Speech-to-Care • Relatives mobile app • Analytics-as-a-Service with CareMates AI admission management to follow in Q4. I presented our product strategy, and the strong customer feedback highlighted two key points: 1️⃣ We are able to integrate acquisitions at high speed and deliver value across our unified platform. 2️⃣ Our AI and digital innovations scale directly across our 540,000 users, creating measurable impact for caregivers and relatives alike. ❗️For me, product leadership is about turning strategy into tangible results: • Driving platform adoption across diverse customer ecosystems • Ensuring fast innovation cycles that create competitive differentiation • Building trust and long-term growth through customer-centric execution These conversations underline why myneva is positioned as the innovation leader in European social care software: we execute fast, deliver real outcomes, and continuously expand the value we create for customers, employees, and society.
