There is nothing quite like getting out of the office, stepping away from the computer, and getting mud on your boots alongside actual Ford owners. This May has been a total whirlwind with the news of 5 new Ford models coming to Europe. But for me, the absolute highlight was spending two action-packed weekends with 22 of our Ranger, Ranger Raptor, and Bronco owners. As engineers, we can analyze data all day, but nothing beats standing next to a customer in the dirt. Hearing their unfiltered stories, their wishes, their frustrations, what they loved/hated about their buying experience, and the accessories they are dreaming of, is pure gold. It’s how we learn, how we improve, and how we keep that shared passion alive. And honestly? The combined feedback from both weekends blew us away: 📈 Global NPS of 80: An average recommendation score of 9.5/10 (with 86% of attendees being absolute Promoters!). 💙 Brand Love: 92% of customers said their perception of Ford skyrocketed after really putting our 4x4 tech to the test. 🤝 Partner Excellence: Our instructors at Masía Pelarda scored a stellar 4.93/5! 🌍 Next Adventures: 92% proactively asked to be first on the list for future VIP trips (Morocco is calling!).
