At 17, Rithvik Dhananjay Reddy had no industry connections and a distant dream. Today, he is the Head of Race Strategy for the Audi Revolut F1 Team. Rithvik’s path to the Formula 1 Pit Wall wasn't a stroke of luck, it was pure grit and planning. He moved to the UK at 17 to be near the teams in the "Motorsport Valley", worked in local rally teams cleaning floors and fixing gearboxes, and learned how to pair complex technical data with real human communication. He simply took an abstract ambition and made it real by putting himself in the right room. Through Driven by Passion, I want to share these journeys to inspire the next generation -and anyone with a dream- to truly believe in themselves.
