As my workweek in Nordborg is slowly coming to an end, let me share some reflections: A good coffee, a quick break, and conversations with colleagues — simple things, but they make a difference. Working in a global company that is so proudly rooted in its Danish heritage brings a balance I truly value: trustful connections, strategic pragmatism, and an ever burning will to innovate and grow. For me, it’s about getting things done while also creating an environment where ambitious targets, work and life can actually fit together — and where colleagues support each other in making that happen.
