"We quietly went about the work of building aircraft that would actually solve problems, and that would have an impact." That was probably my biggest takeaway from this article on Skyways. As a recruiter, it's easy to spend all day talking about what a company could become. What's been different here is that the team has spent years focused on building, flying, and delivering for customers instead of chasing attention. It's cool to see more of that story finally being shared.
