Confidence is a leadership skill. Bishop Joseph Williams of the Diocese of Camden New Jersey recently challenged the Knights of Columbus to be confident evangelizers, reminding them that most people aren’t persuaded by expertise alone. "They’re looking for the hope you have, the happiness in your marriage, the light in your eyes, the generosity of your spirit.” I firmly believe that in business, as in faith, the same truth applies: people respond to conviction. When we communicate with honesty, clarity and confidence, we create trust. When we witness to what matters most, we create impact. The world needs leaders in every sector who aren’t afraid to allow their faith to be their guide. Be bold, be confident, and let your faith be the driving force behind your business decisions.
