We did it! After 18 months of relentless dedication and teamwork, #Autoneum is officially live on #SAP #S4HANA in #Rise 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗔𝗣. While many organisations approached cloud migration and #S4HANA conversion as separate initiatives, we boldly chose to align both into a single, integrated transformation. By launching our worldwide migration and application conversion in a “#big-bang" approach, we achieved modernisation of our infrastructure, executed application transformation in tandem, and synchronised our business priorities. In the spirit of “One programme. One governance. One go-live,” we delivered a truly unified change across several continents. This project stands as a testament to what’s possible when talented individuals come together, driven by skill, passion, determination, and a shared purpose.
