We're hiring our next full-cycle AEs at Amply, focused on the US. Here's why now - Over the last few months, we've been having a lot of conversations with US retail chains. Just organically, through events, warm referrals, the occasional LinkedIn post. The story we keep hearing is the same. These chains are opening new stores fast - 15, 30, 50 a year sometimes. And every new store means more whatsapp groups + paper checklists + email threads - basically regional managers stretched thin across locations & communication channels. Their internal manual systems haven't kept up with the pace. They know the problem well. They're already feeling it at 10 stores and they can already see what it'll look like at 100. These are warm, real conversations. But warm conversations don't build accountability across a growing store network. Someone needs to sit inside their world, understand what a 60-store retail chain in the US actually needs, and help them get real value out of Amply.
