Whilst all this chaos is going on around us, Papatūānuku, ‘Mother Earth’ is resting. In Māori tradition, Papatūānuku is the land. She is a mother earth figure who gives birth to all things, including trees, animals and humans. She provides unity and identity to her people, and sustains them. 🙏🏻🌏 Take care of each other, and stay safe.
