It’s a (coaching) wrap! 🎓 After 9 intense months, I’ve completed my professional formation as a systemic coach at InKonstellation Coaching Akademie. In our fast-paced, digital, and unpredictable world, this formation has reminded me about the foundations of human #psychology, self-awareness, individual resources, resilience and growth. 💫 The topic that keeps fascinating me most is the concept of #personality: how to systematically peel it, understand it and develop it. 🧠🔧 Thanks to Manfred Wagner and Carolin Völkner for accompanying us on this journey, being role models in #humbleness, #attitude and #connection.
