📢 Just published, our research report on British Silversmithing 📢 Commissioned by The Goldsmiths'​ Company this report marks a milestone for British silversmithing. The report provides, for the first time, a rigorous, independent evidence base on the real challenges and opportunities facing the sector. Brilliantly researched and authored by Karin Paynter, the report draws on surveys and interviews involving over 100 industry players. Crucially, this is not simply a record of where things stand. The report sets out exactly where action is needed. The sector’s future depends on change grounded in proper evidence. Now we have that, we will take these recommendations forward in partnership with the wider industry.
