Rush hour traffic has been a nightmare lately… as evidenced from yesterdays pic. 🦆🚗 Thankfully, I was still at my desk in the office by 7:30am. Those who know me well know I am no night owl - ‘early bird’ and all that jazz…🐛 #farmlife Living so close to work has solidified my theory that proximity isn’t just convenient, it creates connection. 🤝 The best relationships in our industry aren’t only the external ones with brokers and partners. The internal ones matter just as much. Great teams collaborate better, solve problems faster and ultimately deliver better outcomes. 💪👊 I feel so lucky to have everyone practically on my doorstep supporting me and, in turn, our brokers.
