🌟 New Beginnings, New Challenges 🌟 Summertime often brings a moment to recharge, reflect, and realign. For my family and me, this season marked the start of exciting new chapters — my daughters are embarking on fresh journeys in their education, and I’m stepping into a new challenge professionally. I’m proud to share that as of September, I’ve taken on the role of Senior HR Business Partner for CIS & Support & Group Functions within the Europe Cluster Business Unit. This milestone is not only a recognition of the journey I’ve had since joining Sogeti in 2011, but also a testament to the possibility of combining single parenting with a fulfilling and inspiring career. 💡 Capgemini’s commitment to work-life balance — especially through remote working — has been instrumental in helping me manage full-time parenting, after-school sports of both girls, and a dynamic professional life.
