Trust. Collaboration. Readiness for the future. These are the three messages that stood out for me at Critical Communications World in London. 📌 Trust must be designed from day one. Building trust takes time, and stakeholders need to be fully engaged from the start. Resilience and reliability are essential foundations of that trust, these principles must be embedded across the entire architecture, from infrastructure to operations and supply chain. 📌 Mission-critical services cannot stop at borders. Emergency services operate across countries and depend on seamless cooperation. Standardization, backed by strong regulatory and technical frameworks, is essential to enable over time interoperability. 📌 Readiness for the future is a continuous journey. It is not a final destination. It requires long-term vision to build resilient, secure, intelligent digital broadband IP communication platforms that will support the future — with AI at scale, quantum-safe security, and sustainable operating models. Bringing the full ecosystem together to share lessons learned and best practices is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen mission-critical environments. Each country is unique and has its own strategy, roadmap, architecture, and pace of transformation — but there is always value in learning from one another. Great to be altogether with the Capgemini team and engage with the wider ecosystem through energizing conversations. The journey continues. We are proud to contribute to shaping the future of critical communications. #MakeItReal Pierre Fortier, Patrice Crutel, Sylvain Allard, Nazirali Rajvani, Anastasia Karatrantou, William Wedge, Philippe Fortès, Frederic Vander Sande, Charles-Alexandre de Taisne, Antoine Mercier, Bastien BIANCHI, Fredrik Gunnarsson, Tiago Valentim, Nick Hoenig, Issam SMIDA, Virginie TOUSSAINT, Praveen Shankar, Michael Schulte, Alexandre Audoin, Shamik Mishra, Arnab Das, Kunal Khan, Nikhil Gulati, Katarzyna Żołna-Boroń, Rajat Kapoor, Rajat Ahluwalia MIET, Subhankar Pal TCCA-Critical Communications, Capgemini, Capgemini Engineering, Capgemini Invent #CCW2026 #CriticalCommunications #Telecom #Impact
