Last week, my fellow trainees and I had the opportunity to tour all our quarry locations in Norway with our COO - Martin Rapp. It was an educational experience that provided us with deeper insights into the company and allowed us to get to know one of our top leaders better.   I appreciate working at a company where we are trusted and challenged, yet also valued and given such enriching experiences. It's inspiring to be part of a company that invests in young, newly graduated employees.   I also want to give a big shoutout to my amazing trainee group 💙 Over the past year, we’ve built strong friendships, supported each other, and made work a lot more fun. Laura Gatica – we missed you on this trip!   Thank you to Mibau Stema Norge AS (tidligere Norsk Stein AS) / Mibau Stema Group and thank you Martin Rapp for two amazing days, your time and your knowlegde 🤩
