A start of a new Academic Year means a new Board. Also at the Societe Belge d'Urologie, we are pleased to welcome Amandine Degraeve as a new board member. I had the pleasure to pass on the President's torch to Emmanuel Dardenne, who is the new President, long live the President! During the two years where as President of the SBU I had the pleasure to lead this fantastic team, we can be proud of the accomplishments. Lorenzo Tosco left the board, but has brought invaluable input into the society. The BAU congress in Spa in December 2024 was a huge succes, our members were really enthusiastic. Philip Claeyssens is a mervelous organisator of this event. With renewed energy and new members, we aim at keeping the society active to improve our patient's results, to promote scientific research, and to accompany our residents in their learning journey.
