𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗞? No, not the green ogre – I'm talking about the "Big Five" executive search firms (𝗦pencerStuart, 𝗛eidrickStruggles, 𝗥ussellReynolds, 𝗘gonZehnder, and 𝗞ornFerry) While these ogres... eh... giants (forgive me - had to) seem to dominate the 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲, I'd be curious to hear which amazing recruiters beyond just the SHREK firms are getting love from the startup ecosystem – the boutique agencies, specialists, and individual recruiters, embedded partners.... 👉 𝗦𝗼, 𝘄𝗵𝗼'𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗼-𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿? I'm looking to expand our network of 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝘀 across all critical functions and levels, from executive to IC.
