Still processing my first Config. #Config2026 I wasn’t expecting so many thoughtful messages after my talk. Some of you expanded the ideas in ways I hadn’t even thought about. Some of you shared stories of your own. Some said you teared up. Reading your reflections has been just as meaningful as giving the talk itself. One thing I’ll take away from this experience: People remember the human moments. A special thank you to the best content partner I could have asked for, Greg Huntoon I don’t think this talk would’ve happened without your encouragement or (your endless patience with my imposter syndrome!) And of course, thank you to the incredibly talented team Norbert Health. Every story I shared on that stage belongs to all of us.💙 Also, thank you to the incredibly talented team at Mascotbot for helping us find Norbert’s face.
