First Class Honours BA Accounting and Finance Graduate from Durham University | Aspiring Real Estate Professional | Summer Intern at Newmark (OpRE)

I am delighted to share that I have graduated from Durham University with a First Class Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance. This journey has been filled with both challenges and achievements. One of the real highlights of my final year was completing my dissertation: “Do Transparency Reports evidence improved audit quality post-Carillion?” - which was awarded 80% and a departmental commendation. I am excited for what lies ahead this year, in particular developing my understanding and experience of the property industry and taking the initial steps on my career journey. This summer I will be joining Newmark UK in London as a summer intern in their OpRE division. As I close this particular chapter, I am excited for the opportunities ahead and to continue learning and growing.
