Файне місто Тернопіль 🏙️ Саме тут ГО «Фундація інституційного розвитку» отримала свою першу відзнаку як одна з найкращих громадських організацій. За результатами онлайн-голосування та оцінювання журі ми здобули два треті місця. Для нас це підтвердження того, що наша робота має значення для людей та партнерів. Що її бачать, цінують і підтримують не лише спільноти, а й експертне середовище. Поїздка запам’яталася не лише нагородженням. Під час Всеукраїнського форуму «Стійкість формує майбутнє» мені вдалося презентувати діяльність Фундації та розповісти про можливості співпраці з іншими громадськими організаціями. Найцікавіше, що цей виступ став для мене повною несподіванкою. Зазвичай я люблю ретельно готуватися до кожної презентації, але цього разу довелося покладатися на досвід та щиру віру в те, що робить наша команда. Такі моменти нагадують, що за кожним проєктом, партнерством і результатом стоїть щоденна робота команди та довіра людей. А ще – що іноді найкращі можливості приходять спонтанно. Головне – бути готовими розповісти про свою справу та продовжувати. ——— Nice city of Ternopil 🏙️ It was here that the FID received its first award as one of the best public organizations. According to the results of online voting and jury evaluation, we won two third places. For us, this is confirmation that our work is important for people and partners. That it is seen, appreciated and supported not only by communities, but also by the expert community. The trip was memorable not only for the award. During the All-Ukrainian Forum “Sustainability Shapes the Future”, I managed to present the Foundation’s activities and talk about the possibilities of cooperation with other public organizations. The most interesting thing is that this speech came as a complete surprise to me. Usually, I like to carefully prepare for each presentation, but this time I had to rely on experience and sincere faith in what our team is doing. Such moments remind us that behind every project, partnership and result is the daily work of the team and the trust of people. And also – that sometimes the best opportunities come spontaneously.
