‘What is your favorite brand?' is a question I love to ask. It is a window into the other person's mind, life, and preferences. It’s also a great way to break the ice and make the conversation interesting. Yet for long I have never had a definitive answer to this question. Last week over dinner with a gentleman who has been a valued Unilever customer for many decades, I popped the question. ‘Sir, which is your favorite Unilever brand?’ While I was intently listening to his answer, late in the night I wondered to myself. Do I now know my favorite brand? The answer was yes. It is Dove!
