What an inspiring and enriching day at the Microsoft AI Tour in Frankfurt! From a powerful keynote showcasing how AI can accelerate every stage of business building — from ideation and scalable operations to developing your first AI agent — to hands-on sessions about Copilot integration, the event was truly eye-opening.   Here are a few key highlights and inspirations I’m taking away: 🔹 If Germany fully embraces AI’s potential, it could unlock 3.9 billion working hours, helping offset the challenges of an ageing workforce. 🔹 The magic formula for scaling AI: Agents + Copilot + Human Ambition. 🔹 Even a single visionary with a strong idea can now build an amazing company — AI can be your co-founder, your strategist, and your best buddy on that journey. 🔹 Exciting to see Microsoft’s €3.2B investment to make Germany a central hub for AI innovation in Europe. 🔹 Insightful discussions around how companies can pivot from failed digital products toward digitalizing their core offerings with the Microsoft partner ecosystem. 🔹 Encouraging to note that OT data retrieval remains a shared industry challenge — and it’s inspiring to see how many organizations, including Henkel, are progressing on that journey.   The highlight of the day: a fruitful dialogue between Microsoft’s senior leadership and Henkel, exploring future collaboration models and a stronger partnership ahead.   A big thanks to Xenia Giese for the support and coordination that made this event such a great experience for the Henkel team. 🙏   And finally — it was great to meet my wonderful colleagues from Henkel and share such thought-provoking discussions.
