Today, I had the joy of singing alongside my sister and niece in a spontaneous “flash jam” at the Bay @ Ecoworld, Bangalore. What made it extraordinary wasn’t just the music - it was the experience of 200 complete strangers coming together under the direction of the brilliant @Danish Abdi. In just two hours, he guided us to harmonise Something Just Like This (Coldplay x The Chainsmokers) into something far greater than the sum of its parts. What unfolded was more than a performance. It was a powerful demonstration of what happens when passion meets leadership: • Voices aligned with purpose • Individuals stepping into collective rhythm • Confidence built in real time • A shared belief in what we could create together The result was a scintillating, almost surreal moment of excellence that none of us could have achieved alone. For me, this was a reminder of the deeper principles that underpin great teams and transformative experiences: Solidarity. Human potential. Unity in action. The power of belief. And the magic of community. And it also mirrors what we often strive for in Customer Experience and AI transformation. In large organisations, alignment is rarely a capability issue—it’s a design issue. We focus on tools, frameworks, and scale… but underestimate the power of clarity, trust, and real-time human connection. Because when these foundations are in place, alignment accelerates. And when they’re not, even the best technology, struggles to deliver impact. What the flash jam highlighted for me is that when you give people a shared vision, create psychological safety, and guide them with clarity—what emerges can be truly extraordinary. That’s as true for a room full of strangers as it is for any organisation navigating transformation today! #CustomerExperience #AITransformation #Leadership #CollectiveIntelligence #HumanCenteredDesign #FutureOfWork #ExperienceDesign #OrganisationalCulture #LearningAndDevelopment #Community
