My heart is full! The boys in our STEM session with SEEK Foundation, Inc. were skeptical about lip balm making. (Not a “guy thing,” right? ) Enter our Project Manager—a mechanic & engineer who spent 25 years at GEEK Squad. A double agent bridging tech, trades, AND now cosmetics. He asked them one question: “Do you know the cosmetics industry is worth billions?” Boom! Suddenly, making lip balm wasn’t a craft—it was business. They designed custom logos using AI. They saw themselves as entrepreneurs. And look at the joy on their faces. Presentation matters. Self-esteem matters. Breaking the idea that learning isn’t “for them” matters.
