Some big news from Anika Legal . From 1 July, Dale Clough is stepping up as our new CEO. Dale joined our executive team in 2024 as Head of Partnerships & Fundraising, and he's been central to our growth ever since, building the funding and partnerships that have made it possible. He's a proven leader, with a track record of scaling high performing teams without losing the culture that makes them tick. He knows Anika inside out, and we couldn't be more confident handing him the reins. Our founding CEO, Noel Lim, isn't going anywhere. He's moving into a full time Co-Founder role to focus on some really exciting things: systems change, strategic partnerships, and finding new ways to make sure that everybody has a home and is protected by the justice system. In 8 years, Anika has gone from an idea to a team that's supported 1,500 renters to stay in safe homes, and helped make the rental system fairer by changing Victorian rental laws along the way. We're proud of that, and with Dale leading us into the next chapter, we can't wait to see what's ahead.
