What a fantastic Platinum Party at Strathmore Primary School! Invited guests joined staff and children to celebrate becoming the first school in Scotland to achieve the Emotion Works Platinum Award. Guests heard about the school's journey to achieving the award, the commitment of staff and children, and the positive impact Emotion Works has had across the school. The celebrations included a wonderful performance from the children, who sang a special song highlighting all the amazing things about the Emotion Works programme, as well as plenty of cupcakes and shortbread to mark the occasion. The award recognises the school's commitment to an ethos that ensures every child feels supported, understood and empowered to succeed, while equipping them with the tools to understand and manage their emotions.
