Chef Adrien Duraffourd, is a French Pastry Chef with over 20 years of experience. He debuted his career in his hometown on the French Swiss border, and continued his career in hotels and Michelin starred restaurants across different countries, including Pierre Gagnaire at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong and Hong Kong Jockey Club.
