Wow 🤩 — what a month March has been! Looking back, it’s hard to believe it had only 31 days. I’m really grateful for all the remarkable moments the month brought. It started with returning to ESB Business School, Reutlingen University for my course on Digital Service Operations. It's a true pleasure to exchange ideas with a new group of students about #service, #operations, and the evolving collaboration between #tech and #humans. This very topic also took me to Cologne, where I joined Richard Huston, Katrin Puettmann, and Wolfgang Köhne on the Finance Connect panel at the Leader Summit Europe 2026 — discussing #AI under the theme “Promise, Friction, and What Actually Works.” A great opportunity to share insights and move the dialogue forward together. Next stop: Munich and the inspiring #BoardSummit on “Aufsichtsrat der Zukunft.” Once again, #AI was a strong presence — inside and outside the boardroom. Many thanks to SELECTEAM, Friedrich Vogel, and Sybille Frank for making this possible. I truely enjoyed all the thoughtful conversations and I’m already looking forward to the 2027 edition! In Berlin, I met many familiar and new faces again at the #FidARForum, organized by FidAR Frauen in die Aufsichtsräte e.V.. With inspiring speakers such as Elke Büdenbender, Aurore Bergé, Karin Prien, Stefanie Hubig, and Felix Banaszak, it was encouraging to see such a powerful alliance for gender equality in leadership. And only a day later came a very special moment: being recognized as one of the Santander #SW50 Women 50 Germany in Düsseldorf — celebrating with 49 other outstanding female leaders from business, public service, and academia. So much inspiration and shared learning in one room! Now April begins 🌸— and I’m curious whether it can keep up with March 😉. I’m optimistic, as two highlights are already waiting: back to school with the EU AI Act & AI Ethics module at Steinbeis Augsburg Business School and completing my board certification at ESMT Berlin. And of course, April also brings Easter — Wishing everyone in my network a perfect time with family and friends to recharge. FROHE OSTERN 🐓
