I joined Hoffmann Brothers 18 years ago, when it was still a small HVAC company in St. Louis, with no idea how much I would grow and learn alongside the business or how much I would be shaped by the people around me. The experiences I’ve had, professionally and personally, have been truly formative. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust I was given and the growth that came with it. About eight months ago, I shared with Chris Hoffmann that my heart was pulling me toward building something of my own. In true Hoffmann fashion, I was met with support and grace, including his offer to be my first client. Together, we created a thoughtful transition plan that put the business and the team first, and brought on an exceptional leader, Justin Schmidt, to step into the role. I couldn’t be more confident in where the team and business are headed. A special thank you to Chris Hoffmann, Joe Hoffmann and Robert Hoffmann. The belief you had in me, the investment you made in my growth, and the trust you placed in me over the years meant more than you know. I truly appreciate your leadership and the culture you’ve built. To the teammates and teams I’ve had the privilege to work alongside and lead over the years, thank you. What made the progress possible was how deeply you cared about the work and each other. I’m actively building what’s next and will share more soon. For now, I’m enjoying some time with my family while continuing to support Hoffmann Brothers and a few other clients in this next chapter. Hard to put 18 years into words, but incredibly grateful for this chapter.
