A fantastic week in Scarborough supporting Anglo American's selection process for their world-class Cyber Security Apprentice programme. It's the fourth year of running the process. This year we had nearly 500 applicants for just 4 apprenticeships - a reflection of the programme's reputation and success. And it's a personal milestone: my 23rd year of consulting with Anglo American across assessment, selection, development and change initiatives. Always a pleasure collaborating with the Anglo American Cyber Security team and Woodsmith Project team. Always inspiring to see previous recruits thriving and growing in their cyber careers. And always energising to start each day with an early walk by the sea with these views! Thanks Emily for involving me once again.
