Technology is the tool – but it is the organizational structure and leadership that determine sustainable success. After about a year and a half as a Senior Product Manager Cloud, I’m taking stock: My focus hasn't just been on modernizing the tech stack, but primarily on empowering the entire organization for the SaaS era. My mission: To translate technological visions into measurable business success through a scalable, integrated organization. My biggest challenges 🤝 Leadership & Culture: Designed and established a high-performance leadership team (Danko Pavlinović, Steffen Guenther, Goran Sustek) as well as a modern, hybrid DevOps organization in close collaboration with our strategic partner,🤝 Trustsoft. 💭 Syrius as a Service (Microsoft Azure): Developed a scalable SaaS solution, including "Test Instance as a Service." Our customers benefit from significant cost advantages thanks to a new admin tool and optimized architecture. 💭 SaaS Transformation (Google Cloud): Successfully managed staffing and on-time delivery of Phase 1 – a major milestone in our multi-cloud strategy on the Google Cloud Platform 🏢 DC Solution: Coordinating the modernization of CBDM into a cutting-edge data center solution. 🎯 Foundational Excellence: Leading the critical SSO and LDAP replacement projects as the foundation of the cloud Journey 🏆 Quality & Delivery: Ensuring enterprise-grade quality in the release of CBDM 1.0. These milestones demonstrate that the foundation is set, the structures are working, and the team is ready for the future. 🏗️ With the cloud transformation now standing on solid ground, it is the perfect time for me to pass the torch ..
