Strengthening service synergies across the Atlantic Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming our colleagues from ANDRITZ Inc. Spartanburg (USA) to the ANDRITZ Asselin-Thibeau facilities in Elbeuf, France, a visit focused on reinforcing our service collaboration for U.S. customers and exchanging best practices in needlepunch technology. The visit was also a great opportunity to introduce the team to the latest innovations at our Technical Center for needlepunch, including: ✳️Our state-of-the-art pilot line for trials and product development ✳️The newly expanded 2,000 m² production facility, now ready to support increased demand for large-width crosslappers and needlelooms ✳️Hands-on insights into durable nonwoven solutions and customer-centric service strategies This transatlantic exchange is a testament to our commitment to global service excellence and local customer support. Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected ANDRITZ service network, ready to meet the evolving needs of our partners in North America and beyond. A big thank you to everyone involved in making this visit a success!
