Product Manager Movu Atlas | EMBA graduate

What happens when you bring Sales, Sales Engineering, Service, Project Execution, Commissioning, Integration, System & Solution, R&D and external partners around the same table? You get a much better conversation about the future. This week at Movu Robotics, we deliberately stepped away from today’s action list and operational problem-solving. The goal was to look ahead and work on our mid-term system roadmap. Not from one single perspective, but by combining the voices of the people closest to customers, projects, service reality and technology. Some of the questions we challenged ourselves on: What will customers expect from warehouse automation in the next 2 to 5 years? Which ideas should become concrete roadmap input? How can we create more value, not just more features? As a Product Manager, these are the moments that matter. A strong roadmap is not built in isolation. It needs customer-facing insights, delivery reality, service experience and technical depth. A big thank you to everyone who contributed openly and constructively. Special thanks to Linn Heiden for guiding us through the process, Stefan Pieters for setting the scene right, and An-Sofie B. for making sure everything ran smoothly. Now the real work starts: translating the input into clear opportunity areas and next roadmap steps. #ProductManagement #WarehouseAutomation #CustomerValue #Innovation #Roadmap
