✨ What an incredible journey! 🚀 🌍 Competing against 15 universities and 24 talented teams at the UCL Case Study Competition, organised in collaboration with Oliver Wyman, was truly an unforgettable experience! Our team, Charterhouse Consultants, tackled the case on "Revitalising Santander Bikes: Strategies to Sustain and Expand Market Share in London’s Competitive Bike-Sharing Market." The competition pushed us to refine strategic thinking, master impactful presentations, and utilise tools like playbooks and traffic light slides. 📊🚴♂️ A massive thank you to my amazing teammates—Diya Agravat, Iman Dini, and Terence Tse Ei Kwan—for their dedication and to Ziqi Yan for her invaluable mentorship, which helped us sharpen our approach and craft meaningful solutions. The event also featured a captivating fireside chat with Marc Kitten, who offered sharp insights into consulting. Kieran McNulty and Jesse Chan at Your Corporate Friends also provided expert application and interview advice, making it a truly enriching experience. A special thank you to Rohan Devani for his comprehensive feedback, which gave us valuable takeaways to refine our approach further. I'm grateful to QueenMary Consulting Society for this opportunity and to UCL Consulting Society for organising such a fantastic event that provided an excellent platform for learning, growing, and connecting. Representing Queen Mary University of London at such a prestigious competition was an honour, and I’m excited to carry these lessons forward into future challenges. Here’s to new opportunities and continued growth ahead! 🚀✨ #Consulting #CaseCompetition #Strategy #Teamwork #UCL #QMUL
